A deposit of €1,025.00 (US$1,200.00) per golfer and €580.00 (US$680.00) per non-golfer is required at the time of booking to confirm participation. The final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date, or immediately upon receipt of invoice if booking is made within this 90-day window. All payments are non-refundable. Submission of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and a binding commitment to the full cost of the trip. Any outstanding balance does not release the client from their contractual financial obligations. Failure to remit the final payment on time does not void the liability for the total trip cost.
Name changes may be permitted up to 90 days prior to departure, subject to availability and applicable administrative fees.
